Features:
1 Vertical or
horizontal structure, pressure from 5 to 800T. It consists of
furnace shell, pressure device, vacuum system, heating element,
insulating layer, and electrical control system etc.
2 Double-layer
furnace shell with built-in water cooling jacket, stainless steel
inner layer with the bright polish, outer layer is carbon steel
with the rust-proof treatment or stainless steel.
3 Going by the
different temperature, tungsten mesh and molybdenum wire can be
chosen as heating element.
4 Insulating layer
is composed of graphite tube and carbon felt with the good
insulation. Tungsten mesh or molybdenum wire as heating element,
insulating layer is metal thermal radiation shield.

Control mode of
