1.The world-class
brand vacuum pump &vacuum housing provide highly
efficient vacuum suction effect for the entire mold inside
the heating plate, making the rubber materials more
dense and free of air,ensuring perfect final finished rubber
products. Also because of enclosed vacuum chamber,the
temperature is more well preserved and stable,saving heating energy
and improve the curing performance.
2.Our Vacuum Vulcanizing Press
Machine is installed with integrated hydraulic circuit providing
various piping functions on the circuit boards, reducing
piping to a minimum. The oil cooler ensures long service life of
the circuit valves.
3.Oil pressure & speed
control system adopt optimized and advanced proportional
pressure valve and proportional flux valve with loop
circuit feedback control from PLC,realizing reliable and
smooth "high speed-low speed "clamping
operation.
4.The
main components of the Vacuum Vulcanizing Machine like the top
base,middle base and cylinder body are all made of premium nodular
cast iron,ensuring the durable high stability of the machine even
after many years service,won't have the problem of
deformation.
5.Parallelism precision of the
hot plates is controlled within the tolerance
of 0.*3mm per **0mm²
area.
6.The
temperature tolerance of each point on the upper and
lower plates is within ±2ºC. Auto PID temperature
calibration.
7.Pre-heating function
can be set on the HMI (touch
screen).
8.Replacement time of lubricating
oil can be set up from touch screen and auto
alarm.
9.Time-counting for machine
working time.Safety interlock for movement, fool-proof
design. Automatic
abnormal alarm function.
