  • VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation)

The coils shall be dried at atmospheric pressure in an over through which hot air is continuously circulated. The totally dried coils shall be vacuum pressure impregnated in polyester resin varnish. The VPI process shall apply a one cycle polyester protective shield of varnish to the coils. The VPI process shall effectively impregnate the coils assemblies, thus resulting in a unit which is virtually impermeable to moisture, dust, dirt, salt air, and other industrial contaminants. The VPI processed coils shall be permanently assembled on the core, and then dipped in polyester resin varnish. The varnish shall be cured on the core and coil assembly following an established temperature vs. time baking cycle in a hot air circulating oven.

By using the non-inflammable insulation materials, it has small volume, and when a fire breaks out, it has no toxic gas releases that it minimizes the damage to the valuable life and property damage.

It uses the insulation material(NOMEX) that is strong against high temperature and it prevents the deterioration in overload and accidents from high temperature by the high frequency to have the high reliability and extended service year for the transformer.

-Increase Emergency Overload Capability
By using **0°C insulation material that is more outstanding than "H" Class type insulation material with the thermal resistance limit of **0°C that there is no life shortening and accident arising for transformer at the excessive loading above the rated capacity.

-No Cracking
There is no epoxy resin layer on the coil that there is no crack from the expansion and contraction under the loaded operation, and it maintains outstanding stability under the drastic change of loading.

-Environmentally Friendly
It has a little environmental pollution in production or in disposition, and it is available for resource recycling.

-Low Noise &Easy Maintenance
The size of the core is less that the noise is relatively low, and the use of non-inflammable insulation material to cause on risk of fire, and there is no need of special inspection and repairing or maintenance for long time of use.

-Small Size &Light Weighted
With the use of high temperature insulation material, the design technology realizes the slimming of the VPI transformer.

-Space Utilization
The stability is high without the limit in installation place due to the operation problem that it can be installed near to the load equipment that the loss on line is small add efficient operation possible.
  
-Designed To Be Free Of Partial Discharge
The design is made with the higher insulation standard than the partial discharge commencement voltage, and there is no possibility of inflow of vapor where securing VPI that there is no partial discharge during the load operation.
