We PSMA are specialising in smartphone business.
We are not doing only this business, and also there are several
business lines we involved with.
We have Samsung Galaxy from S2 to S8+, Note from 1 to 8, Apple
phones from Iphone 5 to Iphone X, and LG phones.
Grades are divided into 3 catagories.
Refurbish new : **0% New with the full box set but the box just
opened one time
Refurbish : it has been refurbished with new materials
Used : has sigh of use, small scratches or scuffs, some ghost
images, but screen is perfectly clean and overall cosmetic
condition is A.
How to process?
1) We collect the phones every single day and the grades are very
much various. Some with broken glass(for Hongkong housing company),
some with very good condition like Mint, some with
scratches with immaculate functualities.
2) Grades of phones are folded into by which market they are going
to be sold
Ex) Poor countries, they mainly import used smartphones (old models
like S2) and Developed countries, they value the quality first(Of
course the price is needlessly important factor).
3) We ask buyers for 3~5 days to give us time for goods inspection
before shipment, ensuring the devices can be used with any
limitation wherever it goes.
4) Then we obtain from the government official export licence that
gaurantees that the designated products are eligible for overseas
sales. Sometimes unlawful companies only focus on selling, making
money, so they would sell products reported stolen or lost.
5) We give all buyers a *0 day warranty after receiving.

We have spent so much time to explain the nature of this business
