 Performance and Feature:
1. 2.5T underground mining battery locomotive owns small
volume and compact design. 2.5T underground mining battery
locomotive are used for hauling materials and equipment and were
specially designed and built for work in narrow tunnels with tight
curves and steep gradients.
2. 2.5T underground mining battery locomotive adopts DTC
frequency conversion (motor direct torque control with null rotate
and full torque) as speed control. The frequency converter invert
direct current supplied from battery to three-phase alternating
current by IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) and the timing
circuit is regulated only by the exterior potentionmeter.
3. 2.5T underground mining battery locomotive is built in
protecting circuit and abnormal warning against over-current,
over-heat, over voltage, over low voltage, by which ensure secuity.
When brake and decelaeration, the battery can be charged by the
electric energy from motor at same time, by which extend working
hours and reduce charge times.
4. 2.5T underground mining battery locomotive prolong the
battery working life greatly. As the locomotive adopts rotational
speed control in whole process, it gets bigger torque when
starting, regulates safer when downslope of heavy haul, which
preventing from accident effectively.
