uFR Reader/Writer is contactless RFID Mifare card programmer with development tools. This reader is completely manufactured in Serbia and all its functions have been developed by D-Logic. Reader supports contactless Mifare cards and comes with a separate DLL that supports specific Windows API interface.
This tool for programming and reading RFID card opens to a range of possibilities for its usage in a variety of purposes from making and programming of contactless cards according to the demand of end users, through access control and logging to use in a various security systems.
Due to the great support it has, this small but powerful device with no problems and additional installation can be used with the already developed software solution. In everyday use, uFR Mifare® programmer may find its purpose in various fields that require any form of identification and verification using RFID cards.
uFR card reader/writer operates with Mifare® Classic contactless card series which communication interface is compliant to ISO / IEC ****3 Aand also has a hardware support for ISO / IEC ****3 Bstandard.

Also the software support for programming languages with examples for cards programming from simplest to complex, is copied to the computer from the provided media and without any extra installation through the system, the device is ready for operation.
uFR is a small powerful tool for card programming and reading and contains a comprehensive software support for easy and clever Mifare cards manipulation. The package of programs that uFR device users receives enough even for the users without special knowledge of programming languages and programming skills to be able to program their cards and set up their security system as desired. Then there is no need to mention the scope of possibilities for the experts in programming when they uFR in their hands.

D-Logic, a manufacturer of uFR programmer made ID2FileSystem - an independent software developed for the purpose of writing cards ID numbers into the file system and also made many other functions for Mifare® cards programming. This program allows reading of ID number of the cards by μFR programmer from any programming language (eg Clipper) without using the dll. While using this device with the software support which user gets for free, the programmer can access to all sectors, blocks and blocks of cards and is allowed to read and write the card in the various ways. By combining different options for registration made through the applications received with uFR or using other software solutions that the device user wants to apply in contactless cards programming and reading, almost every goal in the field of security and identification via RF communication could be achieved.

- emulation of a linear address space with Mifare card,
- direct access block for reading and writing,

- linear card format where for the entire ID card sets unique keys and bits of access,
- enrollment sector trailer blocks on the cards,
- which facilitates the calculation of the of bytes value containing access bits.
uFR programmer is enabled to protect from the possibility that an unauthorized person downloads the key by recording the dll's or the RF communication because the support is made to store the keys direct into the Mifare chip. In this way, when delivering uFR readers, developers and end users of RFID cards can be sure that no one can not read the keys by "listening" the port or DLL. As another safety feature is the ability to define special keys to lock and unlock the uFR reader through the provided application uFR Coder Lock/Unlock.

uFRSimplest -For each of these programming languages made an example - template that allows the simplest operations of Mifare ® card writing and reading. Putting the card close to the reader, the aplication reads the card serial number and all written data. This program allows you to format the card through a linear read and write data entering.

uFR Simple - An example of a simple application for Mifare card encoding reads the type and serial number of the card and reader. This data can be used as a security requirement for pairing card with the reader and to allow or prohibit the reading of cards with other readers. Simple application offers an option of linear card data reading and writing and defining two keys for one Mifare card. This application allows the definition of different sound and light signal types which informs the uFR user of compliance or failure of specified conditions.

uFR Advenced- In addition to options that provide examples presented above Advanced application has more specific functions for use in demanding RFID cards programming projects. In addition to linear reading and writing, this software allows to read and write cards blocks, sectors, blocks values and defining increasing and decreasing blocks values. It also provides the functions for sector blocks value reading and writing, defining the value of increasing and decreasing sectors and blocks values and sector trailer blocks writing. Through this application user can define and change user data and index key.

uFR Locker - This software allows the programmer coding the uFR reader by defining keys for devices lock and unlock. The option for reader locking can be applied as a protection from abuse of the device or the whole system that uses programmed Mifare cards.
By placing identical keys in the reader and cards the developer gives a permit to the reader to read the card of the programmed system. Locking the reader prevents the possible reader key change by the unauthorized persons who is intending to disable the reader to read these cards.
