Characteristics:
Its extruder, cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel that have beenÂ
nitrided and processed in a precision way. Hence it is sound in hardness, durable inÂ
corrosion resistance. The specialldesigned screw is of sound quality in plasticizing,Â
which helps increase the production capacity. It is applied to blowing the plastic films
like low density polythene(LDPE),high density polythene(HDPE)and linear low density
polythene(LLDPE).It is widely applied to producing the packing bags for foodstuff,Â
clothing, rubbish bag and vest ones.

Features:
1. Whole machine is made of one set of traction main engine, double barrels andÂ
one die. Two barrels feed material, one die extrude the film and traction rollingÂ
device which can improve the color bar film outputs.
2. Screw and barrel are made of *8CrMoAl that have been nitrided and processedÂ
in a precision way. Good hardness, hight corrosion resistance and wear well.
3. Die with hard chrome plating, spiral core shaft type. The melting charge extrudedÂ
in equality, and the film blown with good fineness. Air cooling device is U maze withÂ
balance airflow.
