Introduction:
ZYD-M Full-mobile Transformer Oil Purification machine is the key to transformer reliability, performance and longevity. Your transformer's insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles that accumulate as the oil ages. Even some new oils may require treatment to limit these contents to acceptable levels. ZYD-M oil purification machine is equipped with mobile trailer and metallic doors. Best choice for outdoor operations, and it can move long distance working in field.

Features
1.Based on the high efficient vacuum oil filtration, roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added. Which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5pa.
2.Being able to remove water and gas and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status ,which achieves satisfactory dryness and could bring the breakdown voltage up to reduces the oil aging problem existing with ordinary purifier as caused by repeated heating.
3.Distinctive removing impurities technology filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power.
4.The advanced infrared level automatic control system. interlocking control foe pressure protection and power heating system ensure long-term safe and reliable operation.
5.Mobile equipment for outdoor use.
6.Live-line vacuum oiling and dehydrating feasible.
