Trimethylolethane (TME) is a high-performance polyol with three primary hydroxyl groups, tasteless, free flowing white crystalline solid. It can react with polyacid to form polyester resin. These hydroxyl polyester resins can be crosslinked and cured with isocyanate, amino resin, etc., or chemically book can be modified with silicone resin, epoxy resin and other resins for products with high requirements of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weather resistance and light retention. It can also be used in polyester synthetic lubricating oil, plasticizer, plastic stabilizer and titanium dioxide coating, so that the products have good weather resistance, light resistance and temperature resistance.
