3:The frame is
made of steel plate welded ,which has light weight
and  inflexibility. the stator adopt the press
constuction ,and the winding material of the stator is class
FÂ Â .the end of the stator winding is tied and
fixed .so the insulation performace is very good and
reliable,and is capable of resting humdity .Y(YKS),YKK series
motors are wound-rotor induction motors.the rotor coils are
copper bars wrapped with F degree insulation
material.
4: Reliable welding
between coils and  between the leads and coils in
order  to ensure the reliable performance of the motors
. usually with one shaft extension or two shaft
extension on special order.
5: Protection
degree of the bearings is IP*4 or IP*4,which using NO.3 ester on
lithium.
6:Standard
terminal box mounting is on the right side of the frame view from
the drive end or on the left side of the frame on
your request .
7:The protection
degree of Y series is IP*3 with fan cooled
and protection degree of YKK series is IP*4 or IP*4 with an
enclosed air air cooler mounted on the top of the frame.
