Introduction
S-HP*-T series of Thick Mica Plate is Rigid
Mica Plate with thickness over 2mm, it is mica laminates designed
for providing outstanding resistant to high voltage and to high
temperature.
S-HP*-T series has two species:
S-HP*-T1: Muscovite Thick Mica Plate, Silver color, Heat
resistance: **0℃/**2°F
(In constant operation), **0℃/***2°FÂÂ
(in intermittent operation) .
S-HP5J-T2: Phlogopite Thick Mica Plate, Golden/Amber color,
Heat resistance: **0℃/***2°F (In constant
operation), ***0℃ /***2°F (in intermittent
operation) .
Properties
Relative to general insulation material, the prominent advantages
of the extra-thick mica plate are:
â—†Superior heat insulation performance,
fire-resistance up to temperature of **0℃***0℃,
low thermal conductivity;
â—†Oil and corrosion-proof, environmental protection and
non-toxic, as the alternatives of asbestos;
â—†High bending strength . It can be processed by lathe, milling
machine, drilling machine into various shaped piece
without layer separating.

Note: The product less than 2.0mm thickness can be formed by
stamping. The products larger than 2.0mm shall be processed by
