DESCRIPTION
HS***0 is a
thermostable Alpha-Amylase derived from Bacillus licheniformis. It
is an endoamylase that hydrolyzes alpha*1, *-glucosidic bonds to
quickly reduce the viscosity of gelatinized starch, producing
soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides under various process
conditions.
