The transportation of frozen meat, fish and food products, requiring special temperature conditions, via the ports of Poti and Batumi is one of the services provided by Simplextrans.
The frozen meat  products (legs, cattle meat, frozen fish etc) are carried from the ports of Europe, South and North America to the ports of Poti and Batumi in refrigerator containers (usually *0 REF).
Further, in Poti or Batumi, the transshipment of containers of frozen food in the refrigerator section of the MPS (usually belonging Georgian Railway) is made either directly (containers Refrigerated section), or through a refrigerated warehouse with a capacity of up to 2,**0 tons.
