In the two big condensers, there need recycling water to cool down the oil gas sufficiently, so you should a cooling pool to provide the recycling water nearby. In the second cooling system, there also cold water. As for the wind condenser, you can see a blower, when the blower is rotating, then around pipes temperature will be lowed so that get more oil. You can put a big light oil tank near the cooling system to storage the oil. There will be a little oil gas that cant be turned into the liquid, so the oil gas will get through the safety water and get back in the the furnace to heat the reactor again.
