The manufacturing process of this product is
to form various tube filter elements made of FDA certified
non-toxic melt polypropylene filament through melting, injection,
traction and receiving molding, forming a filtration layer that
gradually increases from the outward inside density, thus forming a
deep filtration structure.The high porosity in the melt filter
element can intercept impurities in the entire filter section, thus
improving the ability of the product to accommodate impurities,
reduce the pressure difference, improve the flow and extend the
service life of the product.The seamless, porous and high strength
inner core formed by melt injection processing has obstruction
resistance, pressure resistance and no leakage
characteristics.Silicon silicon and fiber free.
Main
features:
