Over the past *2 years, it has attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors in the hospitality and catering industry, and with their support the Exhibition is getting better and larger year after year. In ***6, the Guangzhou Hotel Equipment & Supply Exhibition is going to cover *2 exhibition halls with an exhibiting area of *00,**0Sqm, which is by now the largest exhibition in the field. We warmly invite buyers and dealers and other friends home and abroad to join this grand event.
1.Schedule:

2.Participation fee:
1) 9 square meters standard booth: USD***0. include 1 name plate, 1 desk with 2 chairs, 2 fluorescent lamps, 1 wastepaper basket, 1 power socket (equal to or less than 5*0W)

Indoor bare floor space requirements must be greater than *7 m2 for every single rent. Exhibitor should pay *0 RMB per square meter for preparing management charge.

4.Booking and participating procedure:
1ï¼‰Complete the application form, and send it to us by mail or fax with your legal stamp.
2ï¼‰On receiving the filled-out application form, we assume the contract of participation will automatically take effect.
3ï¼‰A *0% of the booth rental as a non-refundable deposit is required within *0 days after the contract has been entered into. The balance shall be paid no later than one month before the exhibition opens. Otherwise, the booths will not be held.
4ï¼‰Exhibitors are required to pay the booth rental through remittance or by checks. Please make sure the name of the organizer is written in the title field. Cash and checks without the organizers name on will not be accepted. Exhibitors who fail to follow the regulations shall take full responsibility for any loss or damage thus caused.
