AL AMIN SALT REFINERY stocks many different grades of textile dye salts. The Product origin is Pakistan, which is a prime producer of cotton. Salt plays a very important role as the required ionic force to impress the dyes into the fabric. If the quality of salt is not exceptional the fabrics will not absorb the dye evenly, which will leave a poor color distribution.
One of the most important factors for our dye salt is the hardness of the salt. We strive to manufacture and produce soft salt. AL AMIN SALT REFINERY manufactures nine different qualities for the textile dyeing industry. Our hardness grades starts from a hardness of ZERO and ends at **0 ppm (*0g/l). Customers have the option of choosing virtually any grade between. There are certain factors, other than hardness, which are responsible for better dyeing results. Salt contamination or impurities also affect the quality of the dyed fabric or yarn. AL AMIN SALT REFINERY strives to meet the in house- ZERO tolerance level in each and every order.
