Circular saw blades for pallet with nails
ÂPanel sizing circular saw bladesare fabricated by the excellent alloyed steel plates SKS*1 from Japan, Ceratizit ultrafine grade carbide tips and Sandwich brazing solders. All circular saw blades are carried to perfect heat treatment, dynamic balance and tensioning to ensuring premium results. After circular saw blades have been brazed and put through a 2 step sharpening process to insure the utmost quality.
ÂTo solve the problem of a material chipping at the bottom is best done with a main blade and a scoring saw blade, held in precise alignment to each other and turning in opposite directions.
ÂPanel sizing circular saw blades and Scoring circular saw blades are designed for use on panel machines for cutting MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, and bonded materials. All panel sizing saw blades are made with Ceratizit Ultrafine grade carbide tips for longer life.
ÂMaterial: Japan SKS*1 steel plate, Ceratizit carbide tips, Sandwiche soldering flakes.
ÂBrazing: By Germany automatic induction brazing machines to eliminate inherent problem.
ÂTension: The pressurz ring disperses the stress throughout the blade and eliminates distortion and warping.
ÂDynamic balancing and straightness: These process diminish saw blade run out and vibration and enhance the precision.
ÂQuality control: Each saw blade is checked by many checking procedures to insure the quality.
ÂApplication: MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, and bonded materials.
