TH-SF**0 surface sizing agent is a new type of surface sizing agent that synthesized by the copolymerization of styrene and ester. It can efficiently combine with starch result with good cross link strength and hydrophobic properties. With lower dosage, lower cost and easy use advantages, it has good fil-form performance which can significantly improve the water resistance and RCT strength of board paper and corrugated paper.
(1) It can significantly improve the water-resistance and RCT strength of board paper and corrugated paper without curing period.
(2) Completely replace the usage of internal sizing agent.
(3) It can be used with starch to reduce sizing cost.
(4) It also has good mechanical stability with less bubbles generated during the operational process.
