We own the workshops from moulding, diecasting, stamping, polishing, painting and packing. Just few processes are sent to special workshops due to local policy such as electronic plating. So we can easily control our quality.
This trophy is made by cold rolling metal plate with deep drawing, rotating pressing, knurling, polishing, cutting and other workmanship. All parts are made by good grinding tools, to make the products with a high plaineness and glossiness. We use vacuum metallizing which with high hardness,good abrasion resistance, good corrosion resistance and chemical stability, and longer life to improve the adornment performance of product content greatly. The trophy base is Injection Molded by ABS materials, excellent impact degrees, aging resistance and no deformation.
All the trophies are tied with ribbon in red, white, blue 3
colors before EX factory (it is the standard, for free). If any
other content are required, we will stick a gold foil with
requested content on the cup seat (this is charged separately).
Then put a plastic bag before packing in a small carton.
Any words, pictures, LOGO can be made on the gold foil, font
limitation, content colors can be any color except gold and
white. It requests customer to provide the files in CDR or AI for
special words, pictures and LOGO. Each gold foil charges
$1.*0.
