stress. We are in the position to build hose sizes ranging
from 100 mm ID to 900mm ID.Â
DESCRIPTION
Our designers can select the most appropriate materials from a
wide range of products available to us to meet service requirements
and the demands requested by our clients i.e. in regard to wear
resistance, pressure ratings, tensile strength, bending
capabilities and other parameters. Otherwise, we normally
adopt wear-resistant rubbers,mainly NBR(acrylonitrile butadiene
copolymer),SBR(oil-extended styrene butabiene rubber)or other
imported material.
Guorun rubber hose temperature ranges from -30 ℃-+80℃,with
common wear coefficient 60-75 cu.mm. Guorun rubber hose
biggest bursting pressure can reach 36 bar.

BENEFIT
Guorun rubber hose has reinforcement layer. We take brush tape as
enhanced layer with good flexibility and good pressure-bearing
capability.
Guorun rubber hoses wear resistance is 2-3 times that of common
sand blast rubber hose. This rubber ensures the the hose not a weak
link in the whole pipeline.
Guorun rubber hose have been tested by market and are well
commented,because every hose produced has undergone pressure burst
tests, so will yours.

Structure:Â
Mainly
composed of two parts, internal rubber and enhanced layer. Inner
rubber is made by polyurethane and butyl rubber, with special
reinforcing agent added, while the enhanced layer adopt high
quality brush tape to achieve good flexibility and good
pressure-bearing capability.
Application: used
for pumping and dredging of quartz sand, iron sand, slurry,
concrete and other materials under normal temperature.
