Cationic Cold Water Soluble Super Soft Instant Dissolving Softener Flakes

RT is one of our popular products and is suitable for all kinds of fibres, best selling.

Chemical Composition: Imidazoline fatty acid compound

Technical Specification:

Appearance	pale yellow flakes
PH Value	4.5~6.5 (5~*0% solution)
Ionicity	cationic

Dissolving Method:

1. Cold water: Add the flakes in water (*0â„ƒ) gradually in the proportion of 5~*0%, stir them for 3~5 mins, then leave them aside for 1~2 hours, stir the mixture again gradually to get an even paste.

2. Warm water: Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5~*0%, stir them for 3~5 mins, heat up to *0~*0â„ƒ and stir them for *0~*0 mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.

1. Impart very soft and smooth handle to cotton and synthetic fibre

2. Low foaming and excellent antistatic properties

For all kinds of fibres, especially for cotton, T/C and synthetic fibre.

1. Padding: Dosage: *0~*0 g/L (*0% solution)

2. Dipping: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f.) (*0% solution)
