Product Description:

"9H DLS Permanent Bond-K**0" is a revolutionary product for surface protection based on over *5 years of industrial coating experience. EZ is formulated with a proprietary 3D ceramic molecular matrix structure to offer excellent scratch resistance and chemical resistance. Surfaces protected by EZ stay clean much longer and are easier to maintain.

 

Surface Preparation:

Ensure a clean,dry surface before application use isopropyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol to remove contaminants. A degreaser may be necessary for hard to clean or greasy surfaces.

 

Application: 

Spray and wipe with a clean towel, or cloth like a cleaning solution would be used. An industrial spray-coating system is also acceptable at the manufacturing level.



Cure time:

This coating completely adheres to the surface after *6 hours. The coating will only Exhibit the hydrophobic property after this curing period.

 

Storage:

2 year unopened shelf life. 3℃ to *0℃

 

Consumption :

Manual:***0ml/m2, Industrial : ****5 ml/m2.

 

Extended Care & Maintenance:

Coating can withstand all cleaning solution up to a PH of *2. Use residue and fragrance free cleaners. Recommended cleaners: Ethyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol.
