ORIGIN: BRAZIL
QUANTITIES & PRICES (by Incoterms ***0): from **0 MT and from US$ **0.*0 per MT, CFR ASWP price
DELIVERY TERMS: CRF ASWP – Incoterms ***0
SHIPMENTS: Delivery period is during **5 days after receiving the operative financial instrument by the Buyer’s side.
PACKING: Product is to be packed in *0 Kg new polypropylene bags with polyethylene lining. 2% extra empty bags are free of charge. Labeling per Buyer’s choice is free of charge.
PAYMENT INSTRUMENT: Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Confirmed, Automatic Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit which is **0% payable against presentation of shipping documents at loading port.
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% (two per cent) of the value of one month shipment.
INSPECTION: Certificate of quality, quantity and weight at time of loading by SGS / Bureau veritas at Seller’s expense.
DOCUMENTATION PER LIFT: Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificates of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Phytosanitary, Shipping Co. statement about confirmation vessels age and Lloyds registration.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Warehouse visit and product sample are available only after Proof of Funds (POF) from Buyer’s side.

PROCEDURES:
1.) Buyer sends LOI.
2.) Seller’s Representative sends SCO to the Buyer.
3.) End Buyer returns SCO signed and issues ICPO (on company Letterhead) with full bank details and authorization for soft probe, Bank Endorsement or BCL, plus NCNDA+IMFPA agreement.
4.) Seller issues FCO and DCA (Draft Contract).
5.) Buyer returns DCA signed and sealed fulfilled with his data and bank information.
6.) Seller signs and seals DCA and return to the Buyer.
7.) Seller and Buyer issues and exchange simultaneously **3 End Contract hard copies, hand signed and sealed in each page via international courier.
8.) Buyer send to the Seller’s bank the pre-advice DLC.
9.) After acceptance of financial instrument by Seller´s bank, Seller instructs his bank to issue Proof of Product (POP) and 2% PB together with pro-forma invoice to Buyer’s bank via SWIFT bank to bank to confirm the transaction.
*0.) Alternatively Buyer can may send MT**9 as Proof of Fund to the Seller’s bank.
*1.) Buyer’s bank issues the operative financial instrument (irrevocable and confirmed DLC).
*2.) Seller provides the shipping schedule.
*3.) Shipments commence as per terms&conditions of the contract.
