Features

1.One dedicated output way:self regulating temperaturecontrol ( P, I, D ); One time-delay control output.

2.Main ways to control temperature:self regulating control P,I,D(standard),upper-lower limit range control.Only one way can be chosen.

3.Time-delay control ways:After temperature reach the setted point,time-delay function will start to work automatically.Also,users may choose to touch off external , switch, foot pedal switch ( Note: without voltage) during the temperature control process at any time,activating time-delay function.

4.With the contact points,external , switch and foot pedal switch ( Note: without voltage),users also can connect the output signal to the counter, to increase the automatic counting function of mechanical equipments.

5.Standard type K equipped thermocouple conductive signal,measuring range is the maximum value of index number.

6.The deviation can be corrected,and the cold side of sense-transfering line can test the temperature alone.The amplifier of the cold side can return to zero by itself,the precision is ±0.5%FS.

5.The ways of controlling temperature:

(1) Intelligent setting:factory Initial setting P,I,D.

     But when the temperature is fluctuating around the critical point,the value of P,I and D can be adjusted.

(2)Upper-lower limit controlling:modify P=0,and set "HY"(the *9th item in the third level of menu) as what you need to control the section,and set "Fr" as "0".

6.Output controlling:

(1)The analog quantity:"I"*-Impulse current output ***0 mA.

                                     "U"*-Voltage output **5 VDC. 

(2)The swich quantity:"S"*-Impulse voltage *2VDC.

                                    "R"*-Relay controlling AC contactor.

7.Time-delay fuction:"second","minute" time range can be chosen:****9s and ****9m.

8.Time-start function:Time-delay automatic control or manual control.After the temperature reach the setted point,time-delay function will start to work automatically,while manual time-delay can activated by external .
