The device is designed to cut out any profiles in slabs Moving part with a fixture of a line �8 travels on a guide in axes X, Y. It is very useful as we can cut out contours of the plate from three, programmed, sides. Working area: ***0 mm x **0 mm Machines is programmed in CNC type control with servodrives. It allows for a full interpolation in axes X, Y, ie. work according to selected, standard CNC language. A rope with pneumatic tension is guided by three wheels. It is lead automatically and speed is regulated. Rope can move back by itself from any point of plate. Immovable part is a bench, where slab is placed. Only in this version it is possible to use internal library (in machine driver’s memory there is a library of profiles) or create own projects of profiles. Program allows for multiple use of cut out profiles previously drawn thanks to reconstruction from driver’s memory. Machine is this version gives the most accurate reconstruction of selected profile. There is possibility to save the program to machine’s memory directly from machine (using control panel) or copy it from another computer. Database of all profiles can be even stored outside machine’s memory. It can be any other electronic medium. In the latest version on PLP**0 there is gearbox mounted between wheel drive and drive.
