Stellite tipping machine is designed for stellite tipping the teeth of band, gang and circular saw blades. Adopt plasma welding technique, saw teeth is heated and required amount of stellite is melted. The liquid stellite is guided into forming jaws, where the raw tooth is shaped into a finished tooth. Its the ideal stellite tipping machine for sawmill, sharpening shop or saw production plant, etc.
