Process
The polyethylene core tube has been produced firstly. Then the pipe
will go through the steel wire winding unit to the outside
layer extruders. Steel wire bobbins are installed in two

opposite direction. So the wire will wrap on the core tube as

stiffness fiber could be

these strengthening
materials, the working pressure resistance of the composite pipe is
obviously raised
compared with the same wall thickness normal PE pipe.
