FALCI produces hot rolled special shapes according to customer’s specification and drawings. Our yearly production is ***0 T(about **0 tons/month with exports that cover *0% of the total production). In order for us to quote against specific requirements we need the following information:  Technical drawing  Steel grade  Mechanical and chemical characteristics  Quantity required and – if possible also the annual consumption  Packing requirements (available in bar with range length **8 meters or coil with a weight of about **0 Kg ). FALCI carries out an accurate survey of the work cycle, needed to produce the special shape requested; paying particular attention to tooling and production costs. Moreover FALCI, with its in-house workshop ( which includes CNC machine lines), is able to reduce costs and time for tool manufacture, this due to extensive experience which has enabled Falci to become one of the leading European manufacturers of hot rolled special profiles. Production – from raw material to finished product and despatch – is under a scrupulous quality control. We process all types of steel, as long as it can be rolled, producing hot rolled sections between *5 – **0 square millimetres with standard shape tolerance of +/- 0.3 mm. Our special shapes are used in many fields : automotive, agriculture tools and machinery, construction/ formwork, mechanical applications, horseshoes production, cold-drawn production and many other fields.
