The thermal
insulation equipment is mainly used to coat thermal layer and
anticorrosion layer on pipe external surface. Our company has three ways:
pipe-in-pipe, one-step method and coating method. One step
methodpossesses such advantages as
continuous working, high productivity, low cost, energy saving,
pollution free etc.
PU thermal
insulation pipes offer low thermal conductivity, good bending
properties, high mechanical resistance and waterproof
characteristics. Combined with an anticorrosion layer,
polyurethanes can be solid, foam (PUF), syntactic (SPU), or glass
syntactic (GSPU), and are applied by injection moulding,
rotational casting or by PU half-shells. They are suitable for
offshore field joint coating operations and reeling, J-lay and
S-lay installations.
