Our company can produce new type high - strength rare earth wear resistant alloy  steel products, product use the evaporative pattern casting (EPC) process, avoid the casting defect (air holes,slag inclusion, loosen etc.), based on the material FeCr、FeMn、FeMo、Ni、Re、FeSi etc., we add FeV, FeNb, Cu etc., to make our products not only with wear resistance of alloy casting, but also with high mechanical strength and impact resistance, and improve the weldability of the product, its more safe and reliable to applied in pipelines of power plant and slag pipeline of metallurgy industry. We overcoming steel material cold, hot, cracks, brittle and deformation key technology, our steel product has high strength, good toughness, good weldability, long service life properties etc.
Our wear resistant steelcasting parts are widely used in power station, metallurgic industry, mines, quarries, coking plant equipments.

The powder conveying pipeline and slagging pipe of power plant, Y-pipe, fan mill pipe; coal chute; cone rolling mortar wall,broken wall,jaw plate, all kinds of hammer, comb board, grinding ball, ball mill liner, counterattack plate etc.
