Stainless steel is wear-resisting, heat-resisting, acid-resisting and corrosion resisting. Just because of these characteristics, the wire mesh made of stainless steel is extensively used in mining, chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
Our stainless steel wire mesh products are generally made of stainless steel type **4, type**4L, type**6, type**6L.We produce wire cloth in all kinds of forms. The weaving is diameter, the size of the mesh, width and length.
Product information:
1) Product range: usually manufactured in *0m ( up to **0) long and in width of *6,*8,1m,1.2m,1.5m,2.0m, etc. or cut to length panels as per the customers requirement.
2) Packing: Water-proof paper and woven bags, also can as per clients requirements. 3) Weave: This type of mesh is available in Plain Weave, Twill Weave ; Plain Dutch Weave, Dutch Twill Weave. 4) Mesh counts: 1 mesh to **5 mesh. 5) Sample: available.

The Dutch Weaveis produced by the use of coarse mesh in the warp and a fine mesh with relatively smaller wire in the fill. This weave results in greater strength with very fine openings and is primarily used as a filter cloth. The shape and position of the openings aid particle retention and increase filter cake formation.
The Twilled Dutch Weave is produced by a combination of the features of the Dutch Weave and the Twilled Weave. Fill wires are passed alternately over and under two warp wires forming a fine mesh in one direction and a coarse mesh in the other. This type of weave is capable of supporting greater loads than the Dutch Weave, with finer openings than the Twilled Weave. It is used in applications where the filtering of heavy
