OUR ADVANTAGES OF HONED TUBE

Our quality is the top five in China. Raw material is mainly from some famous refinery steel mills, such as BAO STEEL, Tianjin, and Chengdu etc, which are the best and largest raw material manufacturers in China. we have been through ISO***1:***0 international quality system certification. Warranty period for our honed tubes and chrome bars is 2 years. For some special or important customers, the period is 5 years. All the orders, records of production and inspection would be kept for 5 years.
We own *5 sets honing machines producing tube ID from *8.1mm to ***0mm, at max length of *8m. We also have skiving & burnishing machine (made in Italy and Korea), which can make tube ID max **0mm.
We own *8 sets of equipment for piston rod in completely production, producing OD from *2mm to **0mm, at max length of *6m. Plate according to customers’ different requirements such as Chrome, Nickel, and Ceramic. Thickness is from *0μm to **0μm.
High Precision: Honed tube (Roughness of tube is 0.2μm and straightness is less than 0.*5/***0), piston rod (Plating thickness is *****0 micron. Surface roughness is 0.2μm and straightness is also less than 0.*5/***0)
Product details are completely according to International Standard, chrome rod and honed tube must be cut flatly, and no chrome marks on the surface of rod. (Most of domestic mills don’t do this in order to reduce cost)
Delivery time is very fast. The average delivery time is ***0 days after confirming the orders. Production output for honed tubes is about **0tons per month and **0tons for chrome bars per month.
Package: our packages are safer than others’ supplier in China. Packing for rod normally we choose is cardboard that film attached inside, which does not only prevent rods from scratch but also from oil rusting. Tubes are made with caps at both end and painted oil on inside and outside surface. For full container, extra package like parcel at outside will be used.
