The high purity food-grade styrene-butadiene rubber produced by our Co.,Ltd. is a mature technology product, which is widely used in the major gum base confectionary enterprises.
Now, many gum base manufacturers are still using emulsion polymerization process SBR (ESBR). Emulsion polymerization process is an old process with 30 years history. SBR produced in this process has more impurities, and the rubber content only contains about 95%, the remaining 5% are impurities such as organic acids and residues of chemical additives! So, it has a strange nasty smell. (analysis test reported)
Our Co.. uses the international advanced polymerization technology to produce solution polymerization process styrene butadiene rubber with high purity food-grade SBR (SBR content as high as 99.99%). Packaging: 25 Kg/bale in rectangular shape, wrapped with LDPE film, shipped in 36-bale cardboard carton.
Application data:
SH-1027 is specially designed for chewing gum applications; giving soft chewing.
SH-1028 is specially designed for bubble gum applications, giving firmer chewing and large bubbles.
Storage:
Store in a dry and ventilated area where it will not be exposed to direct sunlight, extreme temperature or source of ignition.
