competitiveness in the market. We deal in:- POLYESTER THREAD Spun
Polyester is prepared in different counts according to its usage:
*0/2, *4/2 & *0/3 These are used in knitting and light weight
woven. *0/2, *0/3, *0/4, *0/5 & *0/6 These are used in Denim.
NYLON THREAD Nylon thread is prepared in different counts according
to its usage: 3, 6, 9&*2 These are used in foam and shoe
industries. DENIER THREAD UnSpun Polyester or Denier is prepared in
different counts according to its usage: *5 Denier, **0Denier &
**0 Denier. These are used in label manufacturing CERTIFICATIONS
N.B Thread Works is proud to achieve the highest level of industry
standard certifications. Wer are the first Oeko-Tex Standard **0
and ISO****1 certifications. 3 OEKO-TEX STANDARD **0 The Oeko-Tex®
Standard **0 is a globally uniform testing and certification system
for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all
stages of production. The tests for harmful substances comprise
substances which are prohibited or regulated by law, chemicals
which are known to be harmful to health, and parameters which are
included as a precautionary measure to safeguard health. A tested
textile product is allocated to one of the four Oeko-Tex® product
classes based on its Intended use. The more intensively a product
comes into contact with the skin, the stricter the human ecological
requirements it must fulfil. Manufacturers are entitled to mark
successfully tested products or article groups with the Oeko-Tex®
label and to advertise in other forms as long as it has been proven
within the extensive laboratory tests that all components,
including accessories, comply with the specified test criteria
without exception. A certificate which is issued applies for one
year and can be renewed as often as required. ISO****1 ISO
***1:***8 specifies requirements for a quality management system
where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to
consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable
regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction
through the effective application of the system, including
processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance
of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
All requirements of this International Standard are generic and are
intended to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type,
size and product provided. Where any requirement(s) of this
International Standard cannot be applied due to the nature of an
organization and its product, this can be considered for exclusion.
Where exclusions are made, claims of conformity to this
International Standard are not acceptable unless these exclusions
are limited to requirements within clause 7, and such exclusions do
not affect the organization's ability, or responsibility, to
provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory
requirements.
