Principle and Application This equipment is used to spray and dry such thermal-sensitive material as fresh milk, soybean milk, protein, medicine and etc. Since the material can be dried instantly, so the original flavor can be saved. There are two kinds of spray dryer; one of them is called Pressure Spray Dryer, the other is called Centrifugal Spray Dryer. Pressure Spray Dryer pump thick milk about *5% with high pressure by high pressure pump, and spray into the chamber through nozzles fixed in it. After heat-exchanging directly with the hot air, milk is dried into powder. Centrifugal Spray Dryer uses Rotary Atomizer to create atomization, it makes use of the high speed the centrifugal disc produces, then the thick milk is spray into the chamber and directly contact with the hot air, so milk is dried into powder. This kind of spray dryer is more widely used then the Pressure Spray Dryer. It is also used to dry the liquid with fine grain o r high viscosity. The whole drying system has high quality, reliable performance, easy operation and scientific structure. All parts which contact directly with material are made by stainless steel, and they accord with the hygienic standard of china.
