This machine tool adopts the principle of powerful grinding to make a one-pass mold to spiral-flute taps and has functions of automatic loading and unloading, grinding wheel dressing and compensation etc. The mechanical and hydraulic procedure of the machine tool is controlled by a PC to complete the whole process ranging from loading, grinding, graduation, the control of core diameter increment, grinding wheel dressing and compensation to unloading. It is of high efficiency and suitable for volume-production factories. The machine tool employs an advanced controlling method as well as electrical equipment and hydraulic components from renowned plants; so, it is endowed with high stability and reliability. With its grinding area entirely sealed, it is featured with the characteristics of high safety, good tightness, and being convenient to adjustment and maintenance. It also arranges a proper position for the nozzle for cooling liquid and installs a soot absorber in the sealed area, which decreases the environmental pollution in to the hilt in cooperation with the soot segregator. Based on the standards of the grinding wheels (GW), the machine tool is divided into three grades and thus it fully reduces the consumption expenditure of the grinding wheels.
