·        The door frame is made of A1 quality thickness 1.5 mm DKP sheet.
·        The door wing is made of A1 quality thickness 1.5 mm DKP sheet and thicknes *0mm
·        Door frame is adjustable according to the wall thickness of ****5 cm.
·        1.5 mm sheet metal construction bent and records is used into wing. So, the door leaf is increased resistance to bending and shrinkage when exposed to heat.
·        6 cm thickness rockwool is used for heat insulation into the door leaf.
·        At high temperature expanding EPDM Intumescent wick is used around the door frame and door leaf. So, the passage of smoke and flame is delayed.
·        The door is painted with fire-resistant epoxy-polyester electrostatic powder coat.
·        At the door, Panic Bar Lock System is used to ensure a fast and easy evacuation in case of fire.
·        Specific sized and custom producing (1.5 wing, double wing, and so on) all kinds of fire exit doors, are produced in desired specifications.
