SPC floor production line

SPC floor is a product first extruded the PVC substrate by conical double screw extruder, then laminate the PVC pattern film, PVC wearing layer and PVC basement film the same time by *-roller press machine.The technique is simple, and the laminating is completed by heat, no need glue.

SJSZ*2/**8 cornical double screw extruder, T shape sheet mould, FOUR-ROLLERS Calender(vertical or horizontal type according to buyers needs), Four working-stations film layer lamination system(with automatic adjustment system), Four working-stations rollers temperature controller, edge trimming system, cooling bracket with fan cooling sets , double working-stations bottom noise-isolation lamination system ,Haul off machine,Auto cutter, Automatic stacker.
