Characters White or off-white crystalline powder, odorless. Easy
soluble in water, glycerine, propylene glycol, and its aqueous
solution does not change at **0 C, showing neutrality or slightly
alkaline. Slightly soluble in ethanol and acetone, its light
resistance and heat resistance is better. Its aqueous solution
