2 Arranging bottle machine
PLC control in combination with frequency control of motor speed to
ensure the whole production line synchronization operation. Using
three times putting bottles of institutions, improve the efficiency
of the bottle. Characteristic design of bottle dropping components
to adapt to the different length of the bottle. Out of the bottle
drawing wheel is equipped with card bottle detector. Umbrella

movement from multiple columns to change smoothly as single row,
without squeezing each other. Electric control system adopts PLC
control of the real bottle conveying buffer system operation,
automatic running speed, acceleration and deceleration automatic
buffer.
7 bottle blowing water machine
