slaughter house with a capacity of *2 cattles / hour. 1. GENERAL
DESCRIPTION The Slaughter House is engineered for cattle
slaughtering, removing and pretreatment of hide, production of
ready cleaned cooled half-carcasses airtight sealed in plastic
bags, as well as cleaning and hygienic packing of intestines (for
example, liver, heart, kidney, tongue, etc.). All parts of cattle
are numbered for veterinary inspection. Pigs, goats or sheep can
also be slaughtered, this would require some additional tools. The
Slaughter House is supplied fix-installed into 5 x *0 ft and 3 x *0
ft insulated modules, equipped with double glass windows,
air-conditioning with air-purification, including all necessary
auxiliary equipment, as well as electric generator, water treatment
system, water cooling and heating equipment, air-compressor,
high-pressure cleaner, etc. Slaughter House is ready for operation
after placing the modules on short concrete piles/plates on spot,
connecting water inlet pipe and waste water outlet discharge. The
entire plant can easily be moved to a new place, if relocation
becomes necessary. 4 x *0 ft and 1 x *0 ft modules are bolted
together, whereas adjoined side-walls are removed where necessary,
which then represent the production area. In 1 x *0 ft module
standing alone there is one dressing room, and toilets and showers
for personnel and office. Another 1 x *0 ft separate standing
module is used for receiving, weighting and numbering of cattle;
it’s partly open with roof and floor and partly as a registration
office. Electric generator, water treatment- / purification systems
and other auxiliary equipment are installed in separate standing 1
x *0 ft insulated back-up module. The Slaughter House is equipped
with water treatment system for inlet water with built-in separate
tap for filling of purified drinking water into canisters/bottles
in order to serve worker’s and supplier’s/farmer’s families. This
Slaughter House is engineered according to US standards. Offal
Rendering Plant can be added (against surcharge), which produces
and packs Sterilized Chicken Feed / Fish Feed or High Quality
Fertilizer. 2. CAPACITY Input: up to 6 living cattle per hour
Output: • up to *2 ready cleaned cooled half-carcasses per hour,
sealed in plastic bags and data- coded • Intestines, sealed in
plastic bags and data-coded • Pre-treated Hides Pigs, Goats or
Sheep can also be slaughtered (adding some additional tools) Input:
