Sipcolac Texture Finishes

Sipcolac Air Drying Texture Finish is a prestigious product of our Company and is an adventure in metallic finish in its range of novelty finishes. When applied evenly produces a uniform and attractive texture pattern.

This is a spraying finish to give a glossy hard wearing and tack free film combined with defined texture pattern and covers minor surface imperfections.

Its fast drying properties, a two coat finish combined with practically no requirement for surface preparation or priming has made it exceptionally suitable as a low cost finish.

Sipcolac Texture is being widely and successfully applied in Foundries and Steel Furniture Industries for using on Chairs, Tables, Almirahs, Slotted Angles, Electric Motors, Water Pumps, main Switches, Cabinets, Racks, Kerosene Stoves and other Sheet Metal and Cast Iron components.

Areas of Application	:Metal Surfacers.
Viscosity of Supply	:0 to 5 second by Ford Cup B 4 at *0°C.
Viscosity of Application	:5 to 0 second by Ford Cup B 4 at *0°C.
Shades Available	:Shades as per Texture Shade Card.
Finish	:Glossy with well defined texture pattern.
Drying time	:Touch Dry-less than *0 minutes. Hard Dry-less than 8 hours.
Application	:Spraying by mist coat and normal coat method Can be forced dried satisfactorily at 0°C to 0 °C for 0 to *0 minutes.
Covering Capacity	:0 to 2 sq. meter per litre per coat depending upon spraying losses,
Flash Point	:Above 4 OF (5 °C) but less than 5 °F (5 °C)
Thinner Recommended	:Thinner T***0 or Petrol.
Shelf Life	:As long as container is firmly sealed and stored in good condition the material can be kept up to *2 months without deterioration. Due to lower flash point it should be stored at cool places and away from necked flames
Direction for Use	:The surface should be free from rust, grease, oil, moisture and loose matter. No primer/surfacer is normally required but if necessary due to surface defects Sipcolite Speed Coat Primer Surfacer Grey or Sipco Brown Metal Primer Q/D RP*4 may be used. Painted articles if required to be warped in paper should be done after overnight drying. Air pressure, size of the spray Gun, distance of spray and proper thinner plays major role in formation of uniform hammer pattern and an experienced painter can definetly give excellent results.
