Thrust roller bearings are mainly used to carry heavy axial
loads with characters of compact bearing arrangements and high
rigidity. They are generally applied in heavy construction
equipments, drilling machine etc. Normally thrust roller bearings
consist of shaft washer, housing washer and roller&cage thrust
assembly which can be separated from each others. Zhou-Jin has
following normal designs for thrust roller bearings: thrust tapered
roller bearings, thrust spherical roller bearings and thrust
cylindrical roller bearings.
Rollers of thrust tapered roller bearings have spherical surface of
roller large end face which are guided by raceway ribs of both
washers accurately.
Thrust spherical roller bearings have character of self-aligning
due to their housing washer's spherical surface. They can carry
heavy axial loads in addition to a considerable simultaneously
acting radial loads.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings consist of two washers and
roller&cage thrust assembly. Our thrust cylindrical roller
bearings which have crowned rollers are produced with logarithmic
contact profile between raceways and rollers to achieve optimum
stress distribution in the bearing. They are used to carry
exclusive axial loads with characters of large axial loads carrying
capacity and high rigidity in axial direction.
