La description

Hot wire for rear glass of almost all cars is printed on surface of glass used conductive silver paste by screen printing. After tempered, conductive silver paste is sintered on surface of glass. Because having resistance, it can clean the fog after electrified.



There are three deciding factors for hot wire power:

Pattern of hot wire:Its best more than 1mm of width to better print.

Films thickness of silver paste:film is thicker, and power is less.

Silver content of silver paste:The silver content effects directly resistance of hot wire. If the content increase 1 percent, power increases 5W, so, power increases *0W, the content of silver needs to increase 4 percent.
