We would like to introduce ourselves as Studio SND, a Textile Design Studio, that works on articulating traditional Indian Handloom skills in a contemporary form. We have been developing designer collections of stoles and dupattas in Silk, which we retail through some boutique stores and showcase in private exhibitions. We work with weaver clusters in rural India, thereby providing them with better livelihood and employment opportunities and promoting the rich skillset of Indian craftspersons. Studio SND has been formed by 2 ex-NID graduates, and has progressed from providing just design services to good sized production capability of handloom products.
