JD**0 Shell Core Shooting Machine is designed to make coated resin sand shell cores by adopting heat core box technology. In the process, the sand filling and compaction are completed at the same time, and the shell core would quickly hardened in the heat core box. It costs only ****5 minutes to finish one circulation. Besides, the mould base will turn automatically **0 deg to empty the redundant sand to form the shell cores, which will help save about *0% of the coated resin sand and greatly reduced the labor intensity.
