1. This series of pump has a horizontal, vertical, mid-split and
double pump-shell structure. Pump body and pump cover have
replaceable rubber lining. The lining can be used until it is worn
out and is replaceable, which can extend the maintenance cycle and
reduce operating costs.
2. Delivery side of pump can be installed rotationally in eight
angles.
3. Pump bearing assembly adopts a cylindrical structure, which
makes it easy to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front
fender; and the whole can be disassembled when repairing. Bearings
are lubricated with grease.
4. Pump shaft seal includes packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal
and mechanical seal.
5. The pump boasts a wide performance range, good cavitation
performance and high efficiency. Multi-stage series technology can
be adopted to meet long-distance transportation.
6. Drive molds include V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gear
reducer drive, hydraulic clutch drive, variable frequency driving
device and silicon controlled speed regulation. The V-belt drive
contains DC, DCZ, CV, CVZ, CR, CRZ and ZVZ drive.
7. Flow passage components have many kinds of rubber materials for
option and their thicknesses can be added.
8. A wide range of speed and variant methods adopted enable
the pump to run in the optimum operating conditions. With a long
service life and high operation benefits, the pump can meet
different harsh transport conditions.
Scope of Application
It is mainly suitable for conveying fine particle abrasive or
corrosive slurry with different concentrations, for example, black
and nonferrous industrial mineral separation, tailing
transportation, desulfurization and denitrification in thermal
power plants and corrosive slurry of chemical industry and it is an
ideal product for slurry transportation.
