Pump design and produce according to standard API **0. The direction of rotation is counter clockwise viewed from the suction nozzle side.
SES series chemical pump design through the advance hydraulic design software; apply the CFD fluid simulation analysis technology to make the impeller design comply with the flow regular pattern, and reliable operation performance, long service life and high efficiency.
Casing mounting: Horizontal center support and can be poured into cooling or heating medium to insure the shaft’s alignment during transferring the cold or hot liquid.
Lubrication of bearing：the pump lubricated through the oil which equip with a big oil chamber for a long service life of bearingsï¼›constant oil level gauge can be checked and maintain the required lubrication oil; cooling ribs cast on the bearing house can be cooled by air and equipped with the fin tube oil cooler which connect with the oil directly to cool the bearing house; inspect the bearing’s temperature through the platinum thermal resistance.
Impeller type and axial force balance：Closed type impeller, most of the axial force are balanced by the balance holes, and others are absorbed by bearing. Leaf blade terete can be cast easily. For some special medium, impeller can be semi-open type, and as for the frictional loss of impeller port plate is decreased, the efficiency can be improved.
Bearing house：Different kind of bearing house can be used for different application: rotate parts which can adjust the clearance mainly use for semi-open type impeller and high pressure, also equip with tapered roller bearing for a better support, different type of bearing are for a more reliable operation.
Shaft sealing：seal chamber comply with standard API**0, API**2 and ISO****9（***4），equip with container type mechanical seal，tolerance of run-out at the seal face≤0.*5mm，seal flush and cooling system comply with standard API**2 and ISO****9. Based on different medium and application, the shaft sealing and flushing type are different, the sealing type can be stuffing, single mechanical sealing, double mechanical seal, tandem mechanical seal and container type mechanical sealï¼›The flushing solution can be internal flushing, self-flushing, external flushing to make sure a reliable operation and long service life.
Maintenance：SES series pump apply with the “back-door” type and the lengthened coupling. The diaphragm coupling have the followed features: simple structure, no need lubrication and maintenance, high temperature resistance, easy alignment, reliable and safety. During the maintenance, no need disassemble the pipeline and motor, the rotating parts (impeller, bearing components, and shaft sealing components etc.) can be easily moved out from the casing. 
The rotator parts are stiff shafting, and have enough allowance on the shaft diameter，tolerance of rotator radial runout ≤0.*2mm to ensure a reliable rotator quality and operation.
