2) Quality description and requirements - Clean dried dragon fruit that is free of infestation, preservatives,

additives or coloring. Processing will not include any kind of soaking or juice infusion. Product will have the

following:

Size: Mature and well-developed dragon fruit slices

Color: At least *0% of the product will have a uniform white flesh and black seed color that is characteristic of dried white dragon fruit slices.
